Refund policy
At E-MOTO DECALS, all products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our decals, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final. Once your order is confirmed, it immediately enters production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Custom Products
Each decal is made specifically for your bike and design preferences. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Design preferences after purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Installation Responsibility
E-MOTO DECALS is not responsible for issues caused during installation. Please ensure proper installation or seek professional help if needed.
