E-MOTO DECALS – SHIPPING POLICY
At E-MOTO DECALS, every order is custom-made. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All decals are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days depending on design complexity and order volume. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 2–5 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. E-MOTO DECALS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
E-MOTO DECALS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will review the claim and may offer a replacement if deemed valid.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on size and availability. You will be notified if this occurs.
